1. Who We Are

My Fragrance Shelf is a project of Nisshagen Advisory AB (Org.nr 559526-6742), a company registered in Stockholm, Sweden. References to “we”, “us” or “our” in these terms refer to Nisshagen Advisory AB.

2. What This Website Is

This website describes an application that is in development and has not been released. Nothing on it is an offer to sell, a commitment to ship, or a description of software you can obtain today. Features described on these pages are intentions, not promises, and may change or be dropped entirely.

We may decide not to build My Fragrance Shelf at all. That is one of the reasons the sign-up list exists.

3. The Sign-Up List

You may submit one email address to be told when My Fragrance Shelf is ready to try. You must own or be authorised to use the address you submit, and you must not submit anyone else’s address.

Joining the list does not create an account, does not reserve anything, does not guarantee access to any beta or early release, and costs nothing. We may remove any address from the list at our discretion, and you may have yours removed at any time by writing to us at hello@myfragranceshelf.com.

How we handle your address is set out in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms.

4. What You Cannot Do

You agree not to:

• Use this website for any unlawful purpose
• Submit addresses that are not yours, or false or misleading information
• Use automated tools to submit the form, scrape the site, or generate traffic
• Attempt to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it
• Copy or reproduce the site’s design, text or branding without written permission

5. Intellectual Property

My Fragrance Shelf, including this website’s design, code, text and branding, is owned by Nisshagen Advisory AB. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Any brand, house or product names that appear in future versions of the product belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

6. No Purchases

Nothing is sold on this website and no payment details are collected anywhere on it. If an application is eventually released, any purchases will be made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, under terms published at that time.

7. Disclaimers

This website is provided “as is”. We make no warranty that it will be available without interruption or free of errors, and no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of anything described on it.

Any information on these pages about fragrance storage, oxidation, shelf life or batch codes is general and informational. It is not a guarantee about the condition of any particular bottle, and it is not advice on which purchases to make. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a decision about your collection.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Swedish law, Nisshagen Advisory AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from your reliance on statements about a product that has not been released. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and will do so when there is an application to cover. The version number and effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts. If you are a consumer resident in the EEA, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
